Every approved collectible design or edition receives a permanent Registry record documenting its subject, series, type, images, production information, and authenticity status.

How the Registry Works
Individual Copy Numbers
When full production numbers are issued, each physical copy can receive its own unique LC number within the registered edition. Unclaimed copies may remain listed with the owner shown as unknown until a collector claims and verifies the item.
QR Verification
A QR code on the physical collectible leads to its official public record. This allows collectors to confirm that the book, author, story, event, or organization collectible is part of an approved Literary Collectibles edition.
Ownership and Provenance
As individual copies are claimed or transferred, the Registry can document current ownership and appropriate provenance history while protecting private contact information.
Permanent Archive
Registry records remain part of the Literary Collectibles archive after an edition sells out, is retired, or becomes available only through resale.
